Water Rats

The detectives investigate the theft of valuable artwork from the harbour-side home of once-famous madam Sadie "The Scissors" Seymor.

After police divers recover the body of a known felon from a shipwreck where he had been diving with a friend, the detectives soon find themselves investigating his murder.

The body of an eight-year-old boy is recovered from a creek by the divers and the detectives are soon confronted by a group of angry citizens lead by a local councillor seeking swift justice.
