An old lady finds a newborn baby abandoned in a dustbin, so she decides to take care of him. The boy, Rajalingam, grows up into a kind-hearted man but becomes the most wanted criminal.

Raja and Rani realise that they have a mutual enemy who is responsible for hurting many people with his illegal activities. So, they both get together and make a plan to murder him.
