Water Rats

Jack and Alex's investigation into the identity of a floater pulled from the harbour leads them to discover a fugitive running from a death penalty she faces in her home country.

When a retiring cop is assaulted and tied naked to a wharf, the detectives set out to find the man responsible.

The detectives search for an explanation to the shooting death of a young man in a boatshed, a man whom police are quick to learn had a fascination with serial killers.
