It's the first of the semi-finals where two teams go head to head cooking Gastro-pub food at Little Creatures. At the end of the night one team will be eliminated.

It's the second semi-final, Emma and Abbie are up against Emily and Nathan where they will be cooking a three course lunch for a group of formidable foodies.

It's the penultimate challenge where the remaining three teams battle it out for a place in the MKR Grand Final. The task is to cater a function at the Hyatt Park Hotel.
