The evil minister uses twelve golden medallions to summon war hero Yueh Fei back from the frontline and execute him. A group of wandering warriors, led by Yueh Hua and Chin Ping, try to stop the medallion couriers.

Kuo, a polices son, blames his father for his mothers death. He has no job, spends time in night clubs and always gets into fights. One night, Kuo rescues Mei from being raped and they become friends. Kuo wants to support Mei and her family so he goes gambling hoping to gain more money but bad luck seems to be following them with tragic outcomes.
