Webb is slow in coming forward with information regarding the death of Moira Randall - the wife of the armed robber who dobbed in her husband to Webb in Episode 17.

Harrison and the divers arrive at Pitt Town Lagoon to uncover a body found by a Ranger. The body is that of a teenage boy, and is similar in appearance and MO to the murdered teenagers.

Holloway and Goldie stake out stunning homes in the waterfront, due to robberies in the area. They arrest an eighteen year old, Nicholas, and he's armed with a police issue gun.

Frank is investigated by Tony Brady of Internal Affairs after petty a criminal taken to the station for questioning accuses Frank of assaulting him while in custody.

The investigation into an armed holdup incriminate the Water Police when witnesses recount how bandits were disguised in police uniforms and escaped in a police car.

Frank is determined to clear Helen's name and get Terry Madigan but the discovery of the police officer involved in setting up the armed holdup draws the case to a conclusion before Frank can.
