Manu returns to take us on another journey through his home country. He begins his journey in the French Alps, just below the summit of Mont Blanc where he goes mountain biking. Manu fishes for local delicacy in Lac Bourget before learning the ancient sport of boat jousting in Lyon.

Manu arrives in Provence where he plays petanque and drinks pastis with the locals. In Camargue, Manu herds cattle with the local cowboys and learns bull fighting in an arena in Arles. On the final leg of his journey on the Cote d'Azur, Manu goes cliff diving in the Mediterranean Sea and visits Marseilles.

Ramsay and his team work to revamp Shanty on 19th, an Allentown, Pa., restaurant that is suffering the consequences of feuds between the owner and staff.
